Scientific Research: The faculty members inthe School of Economics form a strong scientific research team. Over the pastdecades, they have conducted several dozens of research projects sponsored bythe Social Science Foundation, Natural Science Foundation, Ministry ofEducation, Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, other ministries of StateCouncil as well as from various enterprises. The faculty members in the school arealso undertaken two significant projects sponsored by National Social ScienceFund within last three years.

In recent years, the faculty members havepublished over 50 monographs and textbooks, over a thousand papers have werepublished in well-known as well as top journals. Quite a few research projectswon various awards for their achievements from the Ministry of Education,Beijing Municipal Government and other ministries or provinces. These projectscontribute much, both in theory and practice for the reform and construction inChina and Beijing.
